Unfortunately not. All pets are prohibited.

Cameras are allowed, but unfortunately no flashes in the arena as this frightens the horses.

Which restaurants offer à la carte service?
During the Mercedes-CSI the restaurants Frontline, Sound and Vision at the Hallenstation are open for you. For reservations please contact the Hallenstadion Gastronomie beforehand:
phone +41(0)44 316 78 00. Please keep in mind, reservations on site are not possible. Reserved tables will be hold until 15 minutes after the indicated reservation time, afterwards they will be reassigned.
Free entry for teenagers?
Adolescents under 16 years of age in category 4 ( unnumbered seats & standing accomodated). Phone +41 (0)44 723 13 13).

How to dress? Is there a heating in the arena?
The arena, being heated, usually has the correct temperature.
Dress code : Comfortable, dinner jacket, also jeans, as comforatably as you'd like to feel.
Is ticket exchange possible?
Ticket exchange or returning of sold tickets is unfortunately not possible.
Should you have bought tickets and is unable to attend, you may offer them on one of the internet selling platforms such as eBay or ricardo.ch or ticketboerse.ch.
Where do I find information for mobility impaired guests?
Wheelchair accessible positions are located at ground level in the south east and south west of the arena.
