Kassai Lajos is the founder of modern horseback archery. He has developed under 20 years the rule system and training methods of the sport which is based upon an ancient Hungarian martial art.
In the beginning he has made successful demonstrations and training camps in Hungary; than later on in whole Europe, the United States and Canada. Through his horseback archer career he is still undefeated, and more world records are connected to his name. He was uniquely the only one in the world who was able to practice horseback archery for 24 hours without stopping.
Contributing in the demonstration the students of Kassai Lajos: Szmrecsányi Márton, Brázik Csaba, Tajti Ervin, Katrics Tamás, Börcsök Lajos and Tóth Gábor.
And his horses: Keszi, Buda and Bese.
